Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the http://www.airraya.com website and application (the "Service") operated by Air Raya("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Web Design Services

1. AIR RAYA has a right to cancel the order in the following cases:

The client does not give necessary information to our team.
All inappropriate website projects will be declined. We have a right to determine whether a specific website project is considered inappropriate and therefore the order will be canceled.
High number of backlogs. We will cancel the order if our team cannot handle the project due to finishing other projects. Our team will still give free consultation to the clients. We will notify the clients within 24 hours after the client send the message and their requests for the projects.

2. Customers should consider the following suggestions:

Send us a message about what kind of design you are looking for. We will then send you a quote.
Send us a link/sample website that you want us to look at.
Make sure you have bought your own domain.
Let us know if you need the design to be completed within 3 days.

3. Refund policy

Once the design is completed, we will notify the customers to see the live website and if the customers are happy with the design, they will then proceed to payment. If they are not happy with the design, we will make the revision until the customer is satisfied or they can get the design for free. We reserved the right to refuse dealing with the customers who may take advantage of us in this matter.
No refund after the customers send the payment.

Affiliates

1. Affiliates may only withdraw the commision when it reaches a minimum of $10 every month

2. We reserved the right to cancel our affiliates program anytime. We will notify our affiliate members when the time occurs.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Warranty and liability

THIS WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE OFFER NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY CONTENT, THE WEBSITE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY IMFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. AIR RAYA GROUP DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
AIR RAYA GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT OR ITS SERVICES.
